During their interview for admission, prospective students are advised of the many career paths available to them upon graduation. Admissions representatives help students assess their talents, and they discuss the motivation necessary to achieve career goals.
In addition, students enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Las Vegas have many opportunities for part-time employment while they pursue their studies.

The Director of Career Services acts as a liaison between students and employers, helping students by promoting the College to prospective employers. These employers are assisted by the referral of qualified student employees from the College.
The career services process intensifies as students near graduation. The Director of Career Services helps students with resume writing, interviewing skills, and professional networking techniques.
